What this site keeps about you (almost nothing), and what the ads do.
Who runs this site
Integration Ninja (integration.ninja) is a personal blog run by Ahmed Fahim. There are no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter and no analytics of our own. The site is plain files: nothing you do here is sent to a server we run.
In your browser
The site switches between a light and a dark theme by the time of day. If you press the theme
button, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name
ninja-theme, together with the part of the day you made it in, so the site can go back
to following the clock at the next change. It never leaves your browser. Clearing this site's data
in your browser removes it.
Integration Ninja itself sets no cookies.
Fonts and scripts from other servers
To load each page, your browser fetches files from two other services, which therefore see your IP address and browser type:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) for the heading font. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- cdnjs, run by Cloudflare, for the open-source scripts the site uses (jQuery, and on article pages marked, DOMPurify and highlight.js). See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Ads and cookies
Integration Ninja may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show these ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud. Ads may be personalised based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google asks for your consent before using cookies for ads. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy link in that message.

- To turn off personalised ads from Google, use Google Ads Settings. For other ad companies, see aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
- An ad blocker hides the ads and does not affect the articles.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested, to run and protect its servers.
Links to other sites
Articles link to documentation, specifications and other websites, including our sister project BrainRush, which has its own privacy policy. Once you follow a link, that site's policy applies.
If you email us
Your message and address are used only to reply to you. They are never shared or added to a mailing list, and we will delete them if you ask.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
